Good Lever is a brand of Salt2Taste. The legal entity operating this website is identified below.
Who processes your data
The controller of personal data collected through goodlever.io is Salt to Taste S.r.l., with its registered office at Via San Gregorio 55, 20124 Milano (MI), Italia. For information or to exercise your rights, contact [email protected].
What we collect and why
The form asks for your full name, organisation or website and email address; your phone number is optional. We use these details only to contact you and arrange a commercial discussion about Good Lever. Required fields are necessary to handle your enquiry; without them the form cannot be submitted. We send a confirmation relating to your request without subscribing you to newsletters.
The legal basis for demo requests is taking steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b), GDPR). For enquiries on behalf of an organisation and website security, the legal basis is the legitimate interest in managing professional enquiries and preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f), GDPR).
The website also uses a technical session and anti-spam counters based on hashes of IP and email addresses. These hashes are not anonymous data. The website code does not perform commercial profiling or automated decision-making with legal effects.
To prevent automated submissions, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. The browser sends Cloudflare technical data needed for the check; the server sends the verification token to Cloudflare for validation. This integration does not send the completed form fields to Cloudflare.
Who receives your data
Your enquiry is sent to Salt to Taste and Clience, partners in developing the Good Lever product, through their respective mailboxes [email protected] and [email protected] solely to contact you and arrange the requested appointment. Brevo is used for transactional email delivery. Data may also be processed by technical providers hosting and maintaining the website and email services.
Hosting and logs: SiteGround, Eemshaven (Netherlands).
Statistics: Google Analytics 4 (ID G-E11CQ8JD7E) loads only after consent for the Statistics category managed by Cookiebot. You can withdraw consent using cookie preferences in the footer.
Retention
Enquiries and email correspondence: Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship are retained for up to 12 months after the last relevant contact, then deleted from both partners’ operational mailboxes. If a contractual relationship begins, the necessary data are handled under the applicable notice and legal obligations. Data needed for legal obligations or disputes may be retained separately for as long as necessary.
The code does not save the content of enquiries in a website database. Emails remain in mail systems and provider services according to the periods defined by the controller. Anti-spam counters expire after one hour and are deleted on the next submission attempt; without new requests, they may remain on disk until cleanup. The session stores a security token and hashes of the five most recent successful requests, without form data. Server-side session lifetime and deletion depend on the hosting configuration.
International transfers
Some technical providers, particularly Google Analytics after consent to statistics, may involve data transfers outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the controller applies safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You can ask the privacy contact above for details of the applicable safeguards.
Your rights
Where provided for by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
